Each invoice or receipt KAKEI reads counts as one document. If one PDF contains several invoices, each counts separately after splitting. Re-reads and documents rejected as duplicates are not counted.
No. The Free plan has no time limit and doesn't require a credit card.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express. Annual Business plans can also be paid by invoice (bank transfer).
Yes — invite them as a user, or export journal entries as CSV for popular accounting software. KAKEI does not provide tax advice; consult a qualified professional for tax decisions.
You can export your data for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. If you have record-keeping obligations, export before cancelling.
