| Payment methods | Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express). Invoice (bank transfer) available for annual Business plans. |
| Payment timing | Credit card: charged at sign-up and on each renewal date. Invoice: due by the end of the month following the invoice date. |
| Delivery | Available immediately after sign-up is complete. |
| Term and renewal | Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans every year. Cancel from your account settings before the day preceding renewal to stop future renewals. |
| Returns and cancellation | Due to the nature of the Service, fees are non-refundable once paid. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you can continue using the Service until then. This does not apply where we were unable to provide the Service for reasons attributable to us. |
